Hey guys so its gonna be a back to school week. I’m moving back in on Wednesday and to be honest, I can’t wait. I love being in Birmingham, but Nashville is also tons of fun and its somewhere I’ve missed this summer. Anyways, just a fill in on the past two weeks.
So for most of it I was in Boston for a week as well as New York. I got to see Sister Act on Broadway which was so cool. But once I got back I had my last Hurrah with Leo and Kuhn, Andrew was there too, but I’m seeing him soon. Anyways, It all started on Wednesday morning. To start we went to the Wesson’s lakehouse and I caught the biggest dad gum fish I’d ever seen. Including the biggest bass all summer. We went home to chill for a few hours then I got picked up and Leo, Kuhn, Maggie, and I went TrailRiding in Leo’s jeep back behind Pelham. So sick. On our way out we ended up in Helena and we stopped at the river to do some swimming and slacklining. We then proceeded to Leo’s house where we fixed up his jeep and I cut up my first fish ever! My massive bass ended up to be a good first attempt. Then we went to Kuhn’s house to cook the fish and watch cool runnings. After we dropped Maggie off, we headed out and got pulled over by the cops who thought we were car thieving hooligans. We made it the 2 hour drive up to Sand Rock where we climbed from 3am to 7am. We watched the sunrise and then hung up our hammocks on a cliff to take a short nap before we drove home. Such a cool trip.
Then we had impact weekend which was also fun and tonight is yomo. All in all this summer has been good. Coulda been a little bit better, but its still something I’ve enjoyed. Going back is going to be a busy blast. Can’t wait to see you guys!
