Christmas Break, just 2 weeks away.

Well, just two weeks from now, on December 13 2011, I will have completed my first semester in college. That stuff is pretty crazy. I can remember the days riding around when I was like 8 going to soccer practice or having my mom wake me up to go to school. Now, its all a test of how well I learned. Did I do well? Only time will tell.

Regardless, this semester hasn’t gone quite as well as I had hoped grade-wise. I’m not doing awful, but I’m definitely not doing what I should be. It’s just a general apathy towards these weed-out classes. My one guaranteed A is gonna come from my one upper level class, Multi-variable calculus. Granted, that’s like the easiest teacher on campus, but the rest, its just gonna be a struggle in the end haha. But nothing that can’t be fixed.

Anyways, I’m glad I got to go back for Thanksgiving break, it was great getting to rest, but I definitely overslept the first day due to being overly used to sleeping in till 12. Everything went fine today though thankfully haha.

Other than that I can’t wait for Christmas break even though I absolutely love it up here. Gatlinburg should be fun, if I can go, lots of issues that may rise up and cause me not to go, but regardless, I’M PUMPED!

Vanderbilt

Hey how about them Dores last weekend eh? Dominating Arkansas, but also unfortunately themselves. Were it not for a fumble on the three yard line or a missed 27 yard field goal, Vanderbilt may very well have beaten the number 10 team in the nation. What you go to say about that?

Regardless, I finished classes about 2 hours ago, and decided that I definitely hadn’t posted in way too long, so I decided to hop on and throw down some pictures and words from up here in Nashville. These are some pictures from Saturday when I went roaming around Nashville after work. I got some good exercise and some good pictures. The others are from yesterday when I went to a special place and took some pretty cool pictures. Prepare yourself.

Other than that, things have been relatively quiet, just the usual busy activity of the college student. Being 2/3 of the way done seems like its gone really slow, but really fast at the same time. In the span of just 4 years, this semester seems to have flown by, but when I look back to last week, it seems like forever ago. I’m not quite sure how that works, but its really cool. Life is great, and I hope its going well for you all as well. I’m praying for you. Now I need to do some engineering before I work out and then go to a meeting. So hopefully I’ll talk to you guys soon!
